Job Description
GA4 Configuration & Management:
Configure, manage, and maintain all Google Analytics 4 properties for our consolidated websites.
Build and manage conversion events, custom funnels, and audience definitions.
Ensure accurate cross-domain and cross-device tracking implementation.
UTM Strategy & Implementation:
Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive UTM tagging framework for all marketing channels (Paid Ads, Social Media, Email, Influencers, WhatsApp, OTA campaigns).
Standardize UTM parameters across the organization to ensure data consistency and clean reporting.
Proactively monitor and troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and attribution issues.
Event & Conversion Tracking:
Develop and implement custom event tracking for critical user actions (leads, inquiries, bookings, voucher redemptions, loyalty sign-ups).
Collaborate closely with the development team to deploy tracking codes, Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers, and marketing pixels.
Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for all tracking setups.
Attribution Analysis & Reporting:
Set up and manage multi-touch attribution models (e.g., first-click, last-click, data-driven) to analyze the customer journey.
Build, automate, and deliver insightful weekly and monthly performance dashboards using GA4 and Looker Studio.
Translate data into actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI across different regions (USA, UK, LATAM, Europe, Turkey, Dubai, Morocco, KSA, etc.).
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Destination Heads, the Omnichannel team, Media Buyers, and Content teams to ensure every campaign is measurable from launch.
Train and support internal teams on how to interpret reports, use UTM parameters correctly, and make data-informed decisions
Job Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) in a digital analytics role, with deep expertise in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Strong understanding of UTM parameters, tracking methodologies, and attribution models.
Experience with JavaScript and working with developers to implement tracking code.
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Google Looker Studio or similar.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in the travel or e-commerce industry is a major plus.
