Job Description

  • Proactively pursue and qualify sales leads via phone, email, and social media.
  • Effectively communicate with closing Sales team and schedule calls, webinars, and appointments with qualified leads for them.
  • Conduct a needs assessment, determine client requirements and expectations in order to pass qualified sales opportunities onto the Enterprise Sales team.
  • Managing and documenting activities, leads, opportunities, and accounts in Salesforce.
  • Achieving, and exceeding, weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.).
  • Make 75+ outbound phone calls each day.
  • Gain business knowledge through effective research.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in German is A Must
  • Previous experience in lead generation and prospecting in a software company.
  • Persuasive and confident communication experience.
  • High level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
  • Coachable and acts on feedback.
  • Enjoys phone interaction.
  • Sales experience against quota/sales objectives.
  • Prospecting experience.
  • Social media and networking experience.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce a plus).
  • Positive and collaborative attitude.
