Job Description
Audio Technology is looking for an experienced Technical Support Manager to lead our after-sales team and drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new strategies to expand the after-sales area and align with company objectives.
- Coordinate between Technical Support and the Service Center to resolve conflicts and improve efficiency.
- Secure maintenance contracts to boost business volume and departmental revenue.
- Take ownership of customer issues when necessary, ensuring full resolution.
- Follow escalation procedures for unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop team skills to solve technical issues more effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct on-site visits with engineers to resolve complex customer issues.
- Monitor spare parts usage and coordinate orders to maintain inventory levels.
- Manage defective items' returns to suppliers, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to organize client demos as needed.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (engineering or similar).
- Over 10 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Previous experience in a light current services and system integrator companies
- Customer service and negotiation skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Dynamic and initiative person.
- High level of facilitation skills including interactive/ communication skills
- Fluent knowledge of Arabic & English languages (written and spoken).
- Ability to Work under pressure.
