Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Manager to oversee and enhance our company's IT infrastructure and digital operations. The ideal candidate must have a proven background in the real estate sector and the ability to manage day-to-day technical operations, implement IT strategies, and support business objectives.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support all IT infrastructure, systems, and services across the organization.
Ensure smooth operation of network systems, hardware, and software.
Oversee ERP/CRM systems (preferably Odoo or real estate platforms) and ensure alignment with business needs.
Manage IT vendors and service providers to maintain high-quality service levels.
Supervise data security, backup systems, and IT compliance policies.
Collaborate with different departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to provide timely technical solutions.
Lead any IT-related projects including upgrades, migrations, or new implementations.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure minimal downtime.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 3–5 years in real estate.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, security protocols, and cloud platforms.
Experience in managing ERP/CRM systems and technical support teams.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent technical challenges.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Immediate availability is a strong plus.
