Job Description
- Assist in generating leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Support in maintaining and updating the customer database and follow-up schedules
- Attend introductory meetings with clients and participate in sales presentations
- Understand basic customer needs (technical and business-related) in coordination with the technical team
- Coordinate with the senior sales team to deliver proposals and help close small or supporting deals
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, BIS, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in software or technical services sales
- Previous experience or basic knowledge of ERP systems is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High motivation to learn and grow professionally
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet defined sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email communication, and MS Office applications
- Good command of English
