Job Description
- Conduct meetings with Line Managers and HR departments for better understanding of the client’s recruitment needs
- Prepare and post job advertisements for open positions through the company’s Recruitment Channels
- Manage the searching and screening processes of suitable talents based on knock out criteria
- Conduct competency-based interviews with preselected candidate
- Prepare and guide candidates before their interviews with the clients
- Handle applicant interview schedule with clients’ Hiring Managers and business partners
- Endorse suitable candidates to the client’s Hiring Manager
- Keep detailed records of applicants’ information including resumes, assignments and interview evaluation
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Experience in mass hiring campaigns.
- Experience in using applicant tracking system.
- Experience in using Microsoft office.
