Job Description

  • Conduct meetings with Line Managers and HR departments for better understanding of the client’s recruitment needs 
  • Prepare and post job advertisements for open positions through the company’s Recruitment Channels 
  • Manage the searching and screening processes of suitable talents based on knock out criteria
  • Conduct competency-based interviews with preselected candidate 
  • Prepare and guide candidates before their interviews with the clients 
  • Handle applicant interview schedule with clients’ Hiring Managers and business partners 
  • Endorse suitable candidates to the client’s Hiring Manager 
  • Keep detailed records of applicants’ information including resumes, assignments and interview evaluation

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment.
  • Excellent command of English Language.
  • Experience in mass hiring campaigns.
  • Experience in using applicant tracking system.
  • Experience in using Microsoft office.
