Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply & Procurement Manager to oversee ingredient sourcing, inventory management, supplier relations, and purchasing operations. This role also includes light accounting tasks such as handling purchase orders, reviewing invoices, and coordinating with our finance team.
Responsibilities:
Procurement & Inventory Management
- Source premium ingredients and kitchen supplies to meet daily production needs.
- Maintain and negotiate strong supplier relationships.
- Track inventory levels and ensure timely restocking while minimizing excess.
- Implement systems to optimize storage, reduce waste, and improve cash flow.
- Receive incoming orders, verify contents, and ensure they match the purchase orders and agreed-upon specifications.
Accounting Coordination
- Create and manage purchase orders.
- Monitor and review purchase invoices/bills for accuracy.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the F&B or pastry industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory/procurement tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
