Job Description
1. Preparing Shop drawing list including submission dates
2. Submitting RFI during project to solve drawings conflicts & site issues.
3. Issue all Q.S sheets for approval during project time frame.
4. Prepare shop and coordination drawings (or composite drawing) to solve any conflict between various Engineering disciplines.
5. Review sub-contractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
6. Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems
that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper
solve.
7. Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.
8. Prepare material submittal in conjunction with material to be and approved by the consultant.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in architectural finishing technical office work.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of finishing methods and detailing.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
