Job Description
Currently we’re Hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist with over 3 years of experience
Who have a deep understanding of the Egyptian Labor Law and its regulations
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process payroll for all employees, ensuring all calculations are correct and payments are made on time.
- Stay up-to-date with the Egyptian Labor Law and ensure that payroll practices comply with all legal requirements and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including salaries, deductions, bonuses, and benefits.
- Address and resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies that may arise, providing solutions promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute detailed payroll reports for management, highlighting key insights and data trends.
- Manage payroll functions effectively on SAP.
- Collaborate with the finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Use advanced Excel skills to perform complex calculations, generate reports, and streamline payroll processes.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries, ensuring they receive accurate and helpful information.
Job Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in payroll management.
- Have a Strong understanding of the Egyptian Labor Law and how to apply its regulations.
- Preferably a SAP user or experience with a strong ERP system.
- Experience handling payroll for around 1,000 employees.
- A diploma in Human Resources Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Willingness to work in Borg El Arab.
