Job Description
• Be the point of contact for general communications for the Management.
• Handle memos, reports and manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality.
• Make travel/logistic arrangements for the management and other stakeholders for local as well as international travel.
• Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings in the office, off-site and online. Take minutes of the meeting when requested.
• Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
• Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.
• Source office supplies and ensure optimal use of the same.
• Maintain expense report and handle filing.
• Translating financial, legal and other documents for the management when required.
• Performing outdoor activities such as visiting ministries and other departments/offices to perform necessary tasks.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor(s).
Job Requirements
• A bachelor's degree business administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in use of MS Office.
• The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Should have own means of transportation (for outdoor assignments).
• Fluency in English is required.
