Job Description
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs & determine selection criteria.
• Source potential candidates through different channels.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
Extend job offers and manage the on boarding process.
• Lead employer branding initiatives.
• Perform the Talent Review.
• Prepare the required regular reports.
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest talent acquisition and training trends.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition .
- Proven track record of success in sourcing, recruiting, and on boarding top talent.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- fluent in English language skills
- Prefer industrial experience.
