Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing software company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our software solutions and digital services.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities in the market.
Present and promote the company’s services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, ERP, CRM, SaaS solutions) to potential clients.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to explain technical solutions in a simple and clear way.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the technical team to understand client needs and deliver the best solutions.
Track sales performance and prepare reports using CRM tools.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
