About Mogtamee
Mogtamee is a digital platform designed to streamline community management for residential compounds and gated communities. Our solution helps property managers handle visitor access, maintenance requests, financial transactions, resident complaints, and communication – all through a modern, user-friendly mobile app.
Job Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to drive adoption of the Mogtamee application among property management companies, developers, owners associations and facility management firms.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients in the real estate and facility management sectors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase app features.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotations and contracts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product features, benefits and competitive advantages.
- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, events or client meetings.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, software or real estate tech.
- Familiarity with property management or facility management sectors is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently..
