Job Description
- Performs drafting and Revit / BIM modeling and model coordination for building design projects utilizing Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Navis Works software for the relevant Architecture and Engineering disciplines.
- Produce BIM models within their relevant design discipline and coordinate these models with the other design disciplines for design projects.
- The BIM models produced must be of high quality and technically accurate with minimal clashes with other design disciplines and must be completed on time and within budget / allocated man-hours.
- Coordinate their BIM models and drawings with the other design disciplines by attending regular internal workshops and by performing clash detection operations, including use of Navis Works.
- The BIM Modeller Roles are based in ECEC’s Riyadh office, and are required for Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-10 years of experience.
