Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for ELV systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, BMS, IT/data, AV, and public address systems.
Coordinate ELV models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure clash-free and constructible designs.
Interpret ELV design drawings, schematics, and specifications accurately within BIM authoring tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.).
Collaborate with BIM Coordinators and Engineers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with company BIM standards and project-specific requirements.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to resolving interdisciplinary issues.
Generate accurate shop drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
Implement and follow project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and modeling standards.
Support ELV engineers in design revisions and updates as needed throughout project phases.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4–6 years of proven BIM modeling experience in ELV systems within high-rise residential or hospitality projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP), AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Working knowledge of BIM 360, Clash Detection, and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
Familiarity with ELV design concepts and international standards (BS, NFPA, etc.).
Knowledge of COBie, IFC exports, and LOD standards is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Autodesk Certified Professional (Revit MEP) or equivalent BIM certification.
Experience working with a design consultancy or developer design studio is an advantage.
Previous regional experience (Middle East or North Africa) is preferred.
