About the Role:
We’re looking for a smart, persuasive Onboarding Specialist to help new partner businesses get up and running smoothly. In this role, you’ll guide new companies through every step of the onboarding process, ensuring all systems, tools, and information are in place for them to successfully start taking jobs.
You’ll work closely with business owners and founders, earning their trust, answering their questions, and driving swift and confident action to ensure they’re fully prepared to succeed on our platform.
This is a high-impact role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and guide busy business leaders toward fast and complete activation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new partner businesses.
- Serve as the main point of contact for new partners, providing clear, timely, and helpful communication.
- Walk business owners through setup steps, platform tools, policies, and best practices.
- Ensure that all partner requirements are completed—including documentation, training, system access, and certifications—before launch.
- Build trust and rapport with founders, helping them see the value of the platform and feel confident about using it.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential onboarding roadblocks to accelerate partner activation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product, etc.) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Track onboarding progress in CRM tools and provide regular updates to management.
- Continuously suggest improvements to the onboarding process based on partner feedback and personal observations.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Fluent English with a clear, professional accent.
- Strong sales / persuasion skills—able to guide conversations to action.
- Students and recent graduates welcome; a bachelor’s degree is not required.
- Any prior experience in onboarding, account management, customer success, or a related role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, founders, or executives.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Empathetic and skilled at building trust with customers.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
