- B.Sc degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 4 - 6 years of experience in Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition “Manufacturing Recruitment background is a Must”.
- Automotive Background Highly preferred.
- CBI certificate is a plus.
- Wide exposure in hiring (White & Blue) Collars.
- Solid knowledge with various recruitment Platforms (White & Blue).
- Hands - on experience in Onboarding activities , Training administrating would be a plus.
- Strong Interpersonal, Communication skills “Verbal & Written.”
- Very good Reporting and Time Management skills
- Very good English language skills (Written & Spoken).
