Job Description
Identify and approach potential clients needing lab-based research services
Understand client requirements and communicate project scope to the lab team
Coordinate sample submissions, timelines, and deliverables
Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and project plans
Follow up on project execution and ensure client satisfaction
Maintain clear communication between the client and research staff
Track ongoing projects and report status to management
Build long-term relationships with academic, clinical, and industry partners
Achieve monthly targets for signed projects and revenue
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (Biotech, Chemistry, Biology, etc.)
- 6 month-1 year of experience in technical sales, preferably in a lab or research environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
