Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to IT support tickets, calls, and emails, resolving technical issues.
• Walk customers step-by-step through the problem-solving process
• Testing and configuring software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices
• Designing and installing well-functioning computer networks, connections and cabling
• Performing troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
• Provide remote assistance via screen-sharing tools and chat support.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
• Maintain IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides and FAQs.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams when necessary
 

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in IT infrastructure support or a related role.
