Job Description
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Walk users through problem-solving process.
- Resolving network issues.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
- Providing timely and accurate user feedback & reporting
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of industry experience in a similar field.
- Very good communication, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Must be a team player and able to work for extended hours.
