Job Description

Onboarding and Orientation:

  • Conduct new employee orientations to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain new hire paperwork and personnel files.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues through investigation and mediation.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Process paperwork for employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover rates, headcount, and employee demographics.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops as needed.
  • Support the performance management process through documentation and tracking.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as an HR specialist or in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
