Job Description

As a GCC Telesales Specialist at Paymob, you will play a key role in driving new business and expanding Paymob’s presence across the GCC region. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new client opportunities, with a focus on businesses looking to integrate seamless digital payment solutions. This is a high-impact role that requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage potential clients and promote Paymob’s innovative payment solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively generate new leads through outbound calls, follow-ups, and online research to identify potential clients in the GCC region.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the benefits of Paymob’s payment solutions to prospective clients.
  • Client Acquisition: Close sales by converting prospects into customers and managing the sales pipeline through to successful sign-ups and onboarding.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to effectively position Paymob’s offerings.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progression using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless sales process and excellent customer experience.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in Telesales or inside sales, ideally in the fintech, payments, or SaaS industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital payment solutions and the GCC market landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
