Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income across commercial, and mixed-use properties.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing leasing team, providing guidance and fostering a positive, results-driven work culture.
- Market Intelligence & Business Development: Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, manage competitive dynamics, and build relationships with brokers and prospective tenants.
- Tenant Relations & Retention: Ensure tenant satisfaction, address concerns, and implement retention programs to maintain high occupancy and positive tenant experiences.
- Lease Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal and company standards.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with property management, marketing, and operations teams to align leasing efforts with business objectives.
- Financial Oversight & Reporting: Monitor leasing budgets, track performance, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on occupancy and financial results.
Job Requirements

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate development, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking.
- Significant experience in commercial leasing with a deep understanding of market trends, lease negotiations, and financial forecasting.
