Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the spare parts division.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the transportation and maintenance sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of spare parts and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and the development of promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes and enhance team performance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 year and maximum of 15 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within the spare parts or automotive industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
