We are seeking an experienced and ambitious E-Commerce Manager to lead our sales and marketing strategies across our digital applications and online platforms for both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) channels. This role is pivotal in strengthening our digital presence, driving sales growth, and building stronger customer engagement through e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership:
• Manage and grow sales across applications and online platforms, ensuring performance targets are achieved in both B2B and B2C channels.
• Develop pricing strategies, promotional offers, and commercial initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through digital channels.
2. Marketing & Brand Building:
• Design and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C customers.
• Oversee product presentation, content, and brand image across online platforms.
• Lead data-driven strategies to acquire, retain, and enhance customer loyalty.
3. E-Commerce & Channel Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact with e-commerce partners and channels.
• Monitor KPIs, user engagement, and conversion rates to improve commercial results.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal activities, and product launches in alignment with company goals.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure efficient online order fulfillment.
• Provide continuous reporting and feedback to product development teams on market trends and customer experience.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in e-commerce sales and marketing management, preferably in both B2B and B2C.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, online sales platforms, and e-commerce analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
