1- Senior-Level Marketing Leadership: need more than Five years of experience as a Brand Senior Manager or Senior Marketing Manager at an international company or brand. This isn't an entry-level or mid-level role; it requires a proven history of strategic leadership.
2- Project and Brand Operations: You'll be expected to have a hands-on role in organizing and managing product and brand projects. This includes overseeing the entire lifecycle of a marketing initiative, from concept to execution and analysis.
3- Celebrity Endorsements: You must have a successful history of cooperating with local celebrities for endorsement deals. This indicates a need for strong negotiation, relationship management, and a clear understanding of how to leverage a public figure's brand to drive consumer interest.
4- Traditional Media and Mobile Media: Experience in managing campaigns on Local TV and OOH (Out-of-Home) media is crucial. The requirement for a "strong relationship with Media".
