Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptionally talented and visionary Creative Director to lead the creative direction and design output of our marketing agency under Strategic Exhibitions and Conferences. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing concept development, campaign visual identity, and creative execution across multiple platforms and clients—especially in exhibitions, events, and B2B campaigns.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the creative team including graphic designers, copywriters, and video editors to deliver bold, effective campaigns.
Set the overall creative vision and direction across projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand standards.
Oversee creative concept development, storytelling, and final visual execution across all marketing channels.
Ensure all creative assets meet high standards of quality, creativity, and effectiveness.
Collaborate with account managers, marketing strategists, and the leadership team to understand client needs and translate them into outstanding creative work.
Maintain creative consistency across campaigns and brands.
Review and approve all designs, storyboards, and final assets before delivery to clients.
Stay on top of creative and digital trends to ensure our work is fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in a creative leadership role within a marketing or advertising agency (mandatory).
Proven portfolio showcasing conceptual campaigns and creative direction for multi-channel marketing.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, team-building, and project management skills.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and other visual design and video editing tools.
Experience working with brands in exhibitions, events, corporate, or B2B sectors is a major plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media, or related fields. (Postgraduate or executive education is a plus.)
Immediate availability is preferred.
