Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across all digital channels.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, Media buying, performance marketing, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to achieve performance targets and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and present regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and maximize ROI on all digital investments.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the precious metals industry.
- Oversee the development and management of the company’s digital assets, including website, landing pages, and social media profiles.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Drive the adoption of marketing automation and CRM tools to enhance campaign efficiency and customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 14–20 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including at least 4–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Ability to design and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
