Job Description

The job's role is to support the CEO in achieving its strategies; through the below different functions:

  • Brand / Operational Marketing: Enhance & shape Café Brand Equity, Awareness, Visibility, decide on targeted and customer-centric propositions and performance campaigns with the purpose of  supporting sales growth
  • In Store Experience: Enhance the consumer experience in store by managing the four senses, the look, feel, smell, and sound. And continuously come up with ideas to enhance this experience.
  • Digital Marketing: leveraging the digital marketing channels to ensure the creation of most engaging, appetizing, and aspirational content to drive consideration.
  • Budgeting & Agency Management: efficient use of budget and smart management of partner agencies to bring the best out of their creative capabilities.

This role reports to the CEO of the Group.

 

Who You Are:

  • Team Leader & Coach:. At your heart, you must be a people first person. Able to lead by example not by intimidation.
  • Comfortable with high pace. Retail and specifically F&B is a fast-paced industry by nature. Not all people are comfortable of swift decisions and quickly switching between different tasks.
  • You Like Strategy & Also Execution: Strategize & execute on Branding, Communications & Digital Marketing strategy
  • Creative agencies handler: you will handle multiple agencies different ages, young fast and creative and you have to harness that youthful creativity to its optimum level. (Creative, Digital Marketing, Media and Contents Creation...etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize: You are a person who knows how to work effectively (Focusing your finite time on doing the Right Things). Decide on most appropriate and relevant communication vehicles/channels that deliver the communication objectives
  • Comfortable to work with iconic brands that have seasons all year long. Demanding, yet exciting if you are the type that like versatility and diversity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance or any related field from one of the top universities.
  • Brand Management experience for at least 10-12 years in one of the top multinational F&B, FMCG, Advertising or Telecom.
  • Proven track record of creative input in previous projects
  • Project management skills coordinating between various departments
  • Reliable to deliver in time in a fast paced environment
