Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen Corona’s brand presence and drive business growth across all product categories.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve ambitious targets and foster a culture of creativity and high performance.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI for all campaigns and activities.
- Build and nurture relationships with external agencies, media partners, and key stakeholders to amplify brand reach and impact.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Champion the evolution of Corona’s brand identity, ensuring consistency and resonance across all touchpoints.

Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing - Food industry is a must.
- A strong understanding of market trends, business objectives, and the ability to develop comprehensive marketing plans.
