Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the telecommunications market.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve performance and innovation targets.
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer needs.
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, ATL, BTL, and partner channels.
- Align closely with Sales, Product, and Technology teams to support go-to-market strategies and product launches.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in the telecommunications industry is a must
- 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM systems, and marketing automation.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
