Job Description
- Ensuring that all Human Resources activities and external relations are in line with company’s values, policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Ensuring the development of the competences of the company human resources through an appropriate training and development program
- Support management in the design, development and implementation of the organization structure, while going through the process of right-sizing the company, to meet current and future business needs.
- Managing, supervising and mentoring all human resources, employee relations, administration functions such as talent management, staffing plans, retention, succession planning, total rewards, performance management, learning and development, payroll process, records and data management, employment legal requirements, attendance management, and employees grievances.
Job Requirements
- Preferred who has experience in schools / educational field.
- Preferred 10th of Ramadan residents.
- Female Preferred.
