Job Description
- Meet monthly spare parts sales, visits, and contracts targets.
- Implement promotion programs to increase sales and meet customer requirements.
- Handle products complaints or returns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze monthly reports on sales and expenses to ensure that productivity and profitability objectives are met.
Working Conditions:
- Fixed morning rotation
- 2 days off per week

Job Requirements
- University bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Has 3 -4 years experience in the Customer Service field (preferably in one of the leading trading automotive companies).
- In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Product and spare parts knowledge.
- Possess excellent computer skills and acquaintance with ERP systems.
- Possess high reporting skills.
- Very good oral and written English is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure
