Job Description

  • We work central standard time
  • Must commit to work 10 hours shift with 2 hours break starting 4 PM
  • Proven work experience as a senior administrative assistant, virtual assistant or executive administrative assistant
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Hands on experience with MS Office
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High School degree; additional qualification as a personal assistant or secretary will be a plus

Job Requirements

  • Excellent in English in all verbal, reading writing is required 
  • Experience with American culture is big plus
  • Proven work experience as personal assistant
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • experience with logistics will be a big plus but not required.
  • Self organized
  • Very good with task and time management
  • Excellent with technology and jump between number of web and mobile applications effortless.
  • Familiar with time management, task management or and project management application is required. 
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
