Job Description
- Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients in Dubai through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, targeted searches, and professional groups.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects to convert leads into paying customers.
- Sales Outreach: Send tailored connection requests, messages, and proposals to decision-makers in target industries.
- Product/Service Pitching: Present and promote company offerings in a compelling and consultative manner via LinkedIn messages, calls, and online meetings.
- Pipeline Management: Track all leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools and follow up consistently to close deals.
- Market Insights: Research UAE market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B online sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably targeting UAE clients.
- Strong LinkedIn networking and prospecting skills (LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
