Job Description
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and elegant manner, ensuring a premium in-store experience.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our luxury watches collections and their craftsmanship to provide tailored recommendations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up.
- Drive sales by achieving and exceeding individual and store targets.
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in luxury watches, jewelry, and high-end fashion.
- Support in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Handle client inquiries with discretion and professionalism, ensuring confidentiality and trust.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in luxury retail (watches, jewelry, fashion, or similar high-end products).
- Strong passion for luxury brands and a refined aesthetic sense.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished appearance and demeanor.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and professional attitude.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
- Flexibility to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Cairo resident or willing to relocate to Cairo.
