Job Description
Mr. Tailor is Egypt’s largest clothing alterations franchise, with over 15 stores across high-traffic locations. We're expanding and hiring a Branch Manager to take full responsibility for one of our Cairo branches.
Locations: 1st Settlement, 5th Settlement, Nasr City, Korba, Sheikh Zayed and Maadi.
Job Description:
- Manage full store operations and ensure daily performance.
- Supervise 8–15 team members.
- Handle customer needs, complaints, and operational issues.
- Coordinate staff schedules and manage in-store HR issues.
- Ensure the execution of company policies and standards.
- Send detailed daily reports to the general administration.
- Drive customer satisfaction and store efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Retail experience is a must.
- Strong computer skills.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Maximum age: 38 years.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Well-organized and capable of multitasking.
- Strong communication skills and leadership skills.
