Job Description
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate with the warehouse
- Handle customer service issues and ensure a premium in-store experience
- Prepare sales reports and KPIs for upper management
- Train and develop team members to enhance performance and customer service
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in fashion retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Passion for fashion and understanding of the luxury retail market
- Flexible to work shifts and weekends as needed
