Job Description

* Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue goals and drive market growth.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
* Cultivate relationships with key accounts, engage in major negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with Design, Technical, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment on company goals.
* Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and provide regular updates on sales performance and market insights to senior management.
* Identify new opportunities, actively pursue leads, and expand our customer base in the lighting industry.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
* 4+ years of experience in sales with 1+ years in a managerial role, preferably in lighting or a related industry.
* Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
