Job Description
- Keeping records for the daily attendance & calculate the absence
- All related tasks to Income Tax Process.
- Ensure complying with the labor law and company policies and procedures.
- Updating the payroll system with the previous data by adding the starters and removing the leavers and quit employees.
- update the payroll system with the requested of the holiday balance (annual and casual vacations forms- sick leaves forms) and keeping a record of all the related documents.
- Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor Degree
- Detail-oriented.
- High numerical aptitude.
- Full knowledge of social & medical insurance law.
- Very good in English.
- Strong knowledge of tax and LL laws.
- Can work Under Pressure
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Experience in Payroll Process & tax income not less than 3 years
