Job Description
- In charge of Payroll transaction, starting with reviewing employees attendance and ending by implementation the earning and deductions to the HR Software
- In charge of monthly payroll reports to be reviewed before bank batches
- In charge of preparing bank batches report .
- Ensure that the company payroll cost remains consistent with the company's yearly budget.
- Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.
- Ensure all employees' compensation and benefits scheme to be applied properly.
- Responsible for maintaining compliance with policies, procedures and governmental laws (tax law, social insurance law)
- Maintain regular contacts with relevant local authorities and ensure a comprehensive knowledge of current labor regulation.
- In charge of all HR monthly reports requested by local authorities.
- Provide Finance Department monthly Journal entries and monthly reconciliation of HR
- Able to calculate salaries manually through excel.
- Communicate HR Software Developer for any amendments applications related to payroll calculations.
- In Charge for employees end of service process and newly hired employees data upload to the HR System.
- Delegated by HR to answer employees' inquiries
- Delegated by Head of HR to deal with employees or relevant local authorities for issues relating to salaries and other entitlements.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant specialists.
- Preferable Holding HR Certificates
- Excellent Command of English Language
Knowledge & Experience:
- 2-4 years' of experience in Payroll & relevant law
- Wide Knowledge of labor laws
- Fully aware of income tax law
- Fully aware of social insurance applications
- Familiar with HR Software applications.
- Excellent user of excel and its equations
- Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with all levels within the organization.
- Logical approach to identifying and evaluating issues and problem solving.
