Job Description
- Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
- Calculate and process payroll deductions, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related transactions.
- Responsible for reviewing the absence, investigation cases and take the required disciplinary action upon company policy.
- Track employees' absences (regular / irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
- Controlling the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees
- Manage medical and life insurance programs.
- Stay informed about changes in social insurance policies, labor laws, and tax regulations, while updating internal practices accordingly.
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in payroll and personnel.
- Advanced Mathematical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian labor law
- Males are preferable.
- Very good in excel.
- Very good English level.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
