Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Carries out recruitment functions “FOR Technical Positions” as developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting screening interviews and administering tests.
  • Conducts phone and face to face interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for the job
  • Reinforce CVs to establish a valid pipeline for pending positions.
  • Creates a pool of qualified candidates through various sourcing activities.
  • Identifies future opportunities for potential source of recruitment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree " Business Administration".
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition in Information Technology Field is a must.
  • HR certificate is a plus
  • CBI “Is a must”.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
