Responsibilities
- Carries out recruitment functions “FOR Technical Positions” as developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting screening interviews and administering tests.
- Conducts phone and face to face interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for the job
- Reinforce CVs to establish a valid pipeline for pending positions.
- Creates a pool of qualified candidates through various sourcing activities.
- Identifies future opportunities for potential source of recruitment.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree " Business Administration".
- At least 4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition in Information Technology Field is a must.
- HR certificate is a plus
- CBI “Is a must”.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
