Responsible for processing and update the payroll transactions such as (payroll taxes and government reporting as well as preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll statements) as well as new hires, terminations, resignations, leaves of absences, suspensions, and other status changes.
Ensure that employee payroll is processed accurately and timely.
Ensure that employee Performance Bonus and Benefits are processed accurately and timely.
Ensure that employee Claims are processed accurately and timely.
Ensure processing of accurate payroll taxes and payment of employee benefits.
Maintain employee payroll records and timesheet data for future references.
Researching compensation and benefits policies and plans.
Ensuring compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive.
Monitoring and researching compensation and benefits trends in company field.
Comparing benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses.
Design compensation packages and bonus programs for management/staff that align with the company’s strategic plan.
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
Create a compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture.
Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs.
Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments.
Administer and manage employee insurance plans.
