Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals and industry standards Conduct regular analysis of compensation trends and benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness in the market
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
Collaborate with HR leadership to design and implement performance-based compensation structures
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits matters
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably within the healthcare sector
Strong understanding of compensation principles, including salary benchmarking and incentive programs
Familiarity with benefits administration and regulatory compliance
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively within a team
