Job Description

  • The coordinator is responsible with the direct manager to manage the flow of the IGCSE information with the technical team.
  • Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new market.
  • Researching the updated information of the IGCSE to share it with the rest of the team.
  • Give info sessions and orientation sessions for the customers.
  • Giving academic advice for individuals and assisting them throughout their IGCSE years.
  • Prepare and monitor work plan, project schedules, budgets and expenditures when it is required with coordination with the business development officer.
  • Coordinate all the project activities within the IG Club and with the partners.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2+ Years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in English language
  • IGCSE background
  • Essential computer background (Word, PowerPoint, excel, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage efficiently multiple priorities, deadlines and tasks with attention to details.
  • Strong presentation skills.
