Job Description
- The coordinator is responsible with the direct manager to manage the flow of the IGCSE information with the technical team.
- Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new market.
- Researching the updated information of the IGCSE to share it with the rest of the team.
- Give info sessions and orientation sessions for the customers.
- Giving academic advice for individuals and assisting them throughout their IGCSE years.
- Prepare and monitor work plan, project schedules, budgets and expenditures when it is required with coordination with the business development officer.
- Coordinate all the project activities within the IG Club and with the partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 2+ Years of experience in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English language
- IGCSE background
- Essential computer background (Word, PowerPoint, excel, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage efficiently multiple priorities, deadlines and tasks with attention to details.
- Strong presentation skills.
