Job Description

We're looking for a talented and experienced Office Manager to be the heart of our operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our office environment is efficient, welcoming, and productive for everyone.

The office working hours will be between 3:00 pm to 12:00 am and during the time saving 4:00pm to 1:00 am.

  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary, also keep all professional business relations with the office accountants and the office lawyers.  
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time with regards to the billings.
  • Manage office to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g.  travel arrangements).
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
  • The salary for this position will be finalized following the final interview and will take into account the candidate’s level of experience, expertise, and alignment with the role's responsibilities. 

Job Requirements

  • MUST READ, WRITE AND SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY (5/5), natively is preferable. 
  • Proven experience (1+ years preferred) as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
  • Tech savvy can conduct virtual meetings and control virtual meeting rooms.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and general office software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a keen eye for detail.
  • Take responsibility for running smooth operations (billing, time sheets, reporting directly to the company's directors).
