Job Description

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in building brand awareness, managing the company's social media presence, driving growth, and securing recognition and awards for our products and overall company. The successful candidate will create and implement marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and drive key business metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and track marketing programs like email, social media, digital campaigns, and events.
  2. Manage and enhance the company's social media presence, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding revenue opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g., product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
  4. Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and events.
  5. Conducted market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
  6. Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
  7. Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
  8. Coordinate with the appropriate departments to design and organize company-wide events, including award ceremonies.
  9. Drive efforts to secure recognition and awards for our products and the company.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial marketing position.
  3. Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns, social media management, and web technologies (e.g., online tools and social media).
  4. Proven track record of securing recognition and awards for products or companies.
  5. In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems.
  6. Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  8. Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
  9. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  10. Experience in planning and executing award ceremonies and other corporate events.
  11. Experience in a startup or a similar industry is preferred.
