- Monitor customer’s market credit, to ensure they are following company’s policy.
- Handle all SSS customers’ contracts.
- Finalize distributors’ TMI’s, and all monthly programs set.
- Handle Distributors’ operations.
- Provide sales analysis data
- Review cost plus distributor wise vs. budget
- Monthly analysis for sales results to identify trends in sales
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports as per management request.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Finance teams to finalize all distributors’ claims
- Generate reports for sales, trade marketing & marketing team
- Split sales reps targets according to total distributor’s targets.
- Update any new Sku’s on sales tools with all its data…Pricing, promotion, weights and so on.
- Update all monthly products’ prices, trade promotions on system.
- Train all accountants and the date entry to work on the sales tools professionally
- Update new customer’s information on system.
- Update new user’s profiles on system- accountants, data entry and all other responsible users.
