Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the fashion segment.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance and foster a high-energy, results-oriented environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors to maximize sales opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with brand objectives and product launches.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of major deals, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management within the fashion or apparel industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of fashion market dynamics, customer behavior, and retail operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
